Personal Health, Personalized Care
Find the Right Health Plan:
We offer individual and family health insurance plans both on and off the exchange to match your needs and budget. You can choose from comprehensive coverage or more flexible options. Our team will help you compare plans and pick the one that fits you best.
What Are On-Exchange Plans?
On-exchange health insurance plans are available through government-run marketplaces like CoveredCA.com. If you qualify based on your income, you can receive subsidies to help lower your monthly premiums and reduce your overall costs.
Off-Exchange Health Insurance Plans
Off-exchange health insurance refers to plans you buy directly from insurance companies or licensed brokers, outside the government marketplace. These plans offer similar coverage to on-exchange options but don’t qualify for income-based subsidies.
Both on- and off-exchange plans must meet the same Affordable Care Act (ACA) standards. The main difference lies in how you purchase them and whether you’re eligible for financial assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
When can I enroll into individual health insurance?
During open enrollment Nov 1st, 2026-January 31st, 2027 or with a qualifying life event.
What is a Qualifying Life Event?
A qualifying life event is a significant change in your life that allows you to enroll in or make changes to your health insurance plan outside of the Open Enrollment Period. This triggers a Special Enrollment Period (SEP), typically lasting 60 days from the date of the event.
Common qualifying life events include:
~Loss of existing health coverage
~Marriage or divorce
~Birth or adoption of a child
~Moving to a new coverage area
Do I have to have health insurance?
Yes—California requires residents to have health insurance or face a state tax penalty. While there is no longer a federal penalty, California has its own individual mandate.
How much does health insurance cost?
Costs vary based on your age, location, income, and plan level. Many people qualify for subsidies that lower monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs.
Can I keep my doctor?
In many cases, yes—you may be able to keep your current doctor when you enroll in an individual health insurance plan. However, it depends on the plan you choose.
Each health plan has a network of doctors, hospitals, and providers. To receive the highest level of coverage and the lowest out-of-pocket costs, you’ll typically need to use providers within that network.
Before enrolling we will check to see if your current doctors are in network with the plan you are choosing.
Why go through an insurance agent?
There is no extra cost to you. You get personalized guidance, ongoing support, and confidence that you’re making the right decision for your healthcare coverage.
